  • did laundry, cleaned the floor, made breakfast

  • also made pea protein banana 미숫가루 fudge type of thing

  • wrote curriculum for the lecture

  • drafted&sent emails to recommender

  • snacked on rice puff + avocado & eggs

  • dinner was soy sauce salmon, rice, avocado, Sichuan sauce cabbage

  • exercised (10 min core&leg, squats, elevated glute bridges, side leg lift all w medium band and 15 rep 4 sets)

  • took shower

  • writing up more emails

  • gonna go to sleep
